We have an immediate vacancy in our successful, expanding London sales team for an experienced Sales Support Administrator. Located in the heart of the city, the successful applicant will join the team responsible for providing day to day administrative support for the sales department.



  • Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, assisting with diary management and administrative duties
  • Supporting the sales team creating proposals
  • Liaising with clients in understanding their needs and requirements in absence or support of the Business Executives
  • Collating information from the business execs and liaising with the Operations Department for all current and future projects
  • Processing new sales leads
  • Managing the correspondence between the business execs, their clients and the operations department
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team
  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling diaries
