Cherise Hart joined the Group in 2015 and immediately set about putting her own stamp on our HR processes and policies.

Cherise graduated with honours from the University of Greenwich, where she studied Business Management, and has a CIPD Certificate in HR Practice. Prior to joining Technimove, Cherise development a strong administrative skill set, working within the service delivery team of a well known UK food distributer.

Having an undisputed passion for Human Resources and understanding the intrinsic value it holds for an organisation, Cherise’s knowledge in this field came as a great benefit to Technimove.   Cherise opitimises the Technimove mantra, absolutely devoted to the cause, putting staff and their welfare at the tip of her focus.

Considering the company’s widespread growth, Cherise has successfully implemented many policies and procedures to strengthen overall practices adopted by Technimove.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, Cherise works to implement HR practices that support Technimove’s long-term strategic objectives and is responsible for providing human resources support in the following areas: staffing, employee relations, operational and human resource policies, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

Cherise was the driving force behind the company achieving the Investors in People certification, further showcasing her determination for the continued improvement for people management within the Group.

Based at our Croydon offices, Cherise is the face of Technimove for all our new Fanatics.
