Antoinette Paul is Head of Operations at Technimove, joining the Group in 2007. Prior to this, she amassed a wealth of experience, holding senior positions within companies such as Reed Employment, BTI International and American Express.

Antoinette has used her experience to great affect at Technimove, helping to grow the Operational team, to what is the largest department, by head count, within the Group.

Antoinette oversees a team that manages and assigns all Engineers to projects, managing their daily diaries, ensuring their travel and accommodation is arranged. She also works closely with the projects team, managing team coverage of projects.

One of the Antoinette’s key roles is the development of the engineering team, a responsibility she thrives at, in no small part, due to the tenacity that she approaches each day. Antoinette is also key in facilitating and implementing internal policies and procedures.

A key member of the Senior Management Team, Antoinette embodies the core values that we honour at Technimove – expression, determination and customer satisfaction. Over the years, this has certainly filtered through to her team, helping us to continue to deliver an honest, and thorough service to our clients.

Due to Antoinette’s experience, and knowledge of the Group, she has been key in creating a working environment aligned with the company’s ethos and mission. Her vibrant character encourages employees to have a greater sense of control and ownership, enabling all to feel included and motivated. This has been key to us maintaining our high standards of service delivery

Having played a pivotal role in growing Technimove, Antoinette now looks forward to moulding her team to accommodate our future growth.
